Khanh Pham (she/her) is a Senior Fellow/Strategist on community reinvestment. When she is not working with us as a strategist, Khanh serving in the Oregon State Legislature as the State Representative for District 46. Prior to taking office in 2021, Khanh helped found and served as the Interim Alliance Director of the Oregon Just Transition Alliance, which started as a project of OPAL Environmental Justice Oregon. Prior to that, she was Environmental Justice Manager at the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon (APANO). Khanh was a founding leader of and spokesperson for the groundbreaking Portland Clean Energy Fund Initiative. She has a Masters Degree in Urban Studies from Portland State University, specializing in climate adaptation and equity planning. As State Representative, she worked with frontline community partners to help win HB 2475 Oregon Energy Affordability Act and HB 2021 100% Clean Energy for All, which mandates the state’s electricity sector to transition to 100% clean energy by 2040. In her free time, Khanh enjoys reading, hiking in the woods, and playing Charades with her daughter.
