Kelly Lam (she/her) is the Senior Manager of Communications at Just Solutions, where she oversees narrative strategy and content production across Just Solutions’ platforms. Kelly is on the Steering Committee for the Neighbors & Communities in Solidarity Coalition (NACS, formerly the No Arena in Chinatown Solidarity Coalition), building power with community groups across Philadelphia. She previously served as the Communications Manager at the Environmental Grantmakers Association, where she led strategic communications to implement racial equity in environmental philanthropy. She has also held outreach and internal support roles at the NYC Department of Sanitation, We Want Green Too, and the Michigan Environmental Justice Coalition. Kelly holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Earth & Environmental Science from Wesleyan University. Based in Philadelphia, she enjoys chatting with friends and neighbors, discovering new (and simple) recipes, being a cat mom, and gaming with her partner.
