Cathy (she/her) has dedicated her 25+ year career to strengthening organizations and networks that are the backbones of effective social justice movements. Over the course of her career, she’s sat in every functional seat inside a nonprofit business – with strategy, operations, fundraising and partnership as the throughlines. She knows what it means to run an organization well, so she connects dots and integrates coaching into all of her engagements. As a multi-faceted consultant with diverse strengths, Cathy’s work focuses on organizational strategy and human capacity. This includes strategic and operational planning, organizational design, full-scale executive search and coaching, among other specialities. Each engagement is customized to expand client capacity in the short term in order to build lasting organizational strengths. Cathy hails from Stockton, CA and lives today in San Francisco with her husband, three sons and a border collie mix rescue named Oreo.
