Audrey Roderick (she/her), Senior Director of Finance and Operations, is responsible for creating culturally aligned systems and operational procedures to build an impactful and sustainable future for Just Solutions.

She brings over twenty years of non-profit management experience, grounded in environmental and social justice, organizational development, and strategic growth. She attended the University of Montana with a focus on Environmental Studies and Social Work.

Prior to joining the Just Solutions team, she held leadership positions at Community Initiatives, the Alameda County Community Food Bank, and was the Executive Director of Urban Sprouts. Based in California, Audrey enjoys working in her garden, reading, and spending time in her hammock.
