Zully Juarez

Senior Research & Policy Analyst

Zully Juarez (she/her/hers), works to identify, research, and analyze existing environmental policies, practices, procedures, and laws. Zully has over a decade of extensive experience working on various environmental, public health, transportation and urban planning projects and policies to advance people-powered planning and policy solutions for equitable communities. Her past experience includes positions at USC Environmental Health Centers, East Yard Communities for Environmental Justice, LA County Department of Public Health, and the Institute of Transportation and Development Policy in Mexico City.

Zully holds a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from UCLA and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Gender & Women’s Studies and Ethnic Studies from UC Berkeley. Based in Los Angeles, Zully enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, running, visiting art galleries, and enjoying time with her nephews.
